What is that primer pan made out of?
Phrakture, It's called the Prime-Lite Primer Pan and it's made out of aluminum. I did not make it, this one is from Trail Designs. It is not included as part of the giveaway because it's MINE!
Damn, I was hoping it was a home-brew. I already have a MBD bios, but use raw tinfoil for a primer pan...
Phrakture, I have made primer pans very similar to the Trail Designs one before out of a Bud-Lite beer bottle cut open and smoothed flat. It's a very soft aluminum and easy to work with.
The ones I made myself, had very small notches to hold the pan off the ground. Much more robust that tinfoil, but not a whole lot heavier.
If I can find one of the old ones that I made I'll take a photo and post it.
