Pot set is a 3-set pan/pot/kettle sold locally in Australia at Kathmandu. I got it for Christmas so that&#39;s all I got! I like it because the pan is wide and efficient, and doubles as a pot lid. Denatured alcohol is clear and when it&#39;s carried in a small (often unmarked) container it&#39;s easy to mistake it for something else, like water - sounds crazy but it DOES happen!<br /><br />By adding two drops of food coloring (green in this case) I visually remind myself and others that this isn&#39;t probably something you should be drinking and it does nothing to impair the efficiency of the fuel as far as I can tell. It&#39;s just one of those really easy little tricks that helps prevent a potentially fatal poisoning accident out on the trail :)<br /><br />Of course, I also like to clearly label the bottle I keep the alcohol in too just to make sure, but there are those of us that for whatever reason do not read labels.
